BTS Jungkook Celebrates His VMAS Win With Bang Shik Hyuk And TXT

BTS Jungkook wins the Song of Summer with his solo debut track Seven featuring Latto at MTV VMAS 2023.

On September 13, BTS’ Jungkook won the Song of Summer with Seven (ft. Latto). Last time Jungkook won in the category during the 2022 edition with a Collab track with Charlie Puth named Left and Right. By grabbing this title he became the only K-pop artist to win twice in the category. Since the announcement, ARMYs are loving his achievement and is so proud of their Golden Maknae.

Earlier this month, BTS Jungkook flown to New York leaving fans speculating if he would be attending or performing at the VMAs. But that didn’t happen.

The VMAS happened in New Jersey, United States. In the show there are many beautiful performances by K-pop artists like TXT and Stray Kids. TXT performed on Back For More with Latin star Anitta for the debut performance on VMAs.

BTS Jungkook Celebration Of His VMAS Win 2023

After winning on show BTS Jungkook and TXT celebrated the success along with Yeonjun’s birthday with producer and chairman Bang Si Hyuk of BIGHIT music. Fans were amused that Jungkook was with his label mates and Juniors TXT. Bang Si Hyuk’s social media updated that the artist celebrated their wins and also the 24th birthday of eldest member of the TXT Yeonjun, known as the IT boy of the 4th Generation K-pop. They all enjoyed the special moment together, Bang Shik Hyuk praised their artist with this  beautiful remark “Killed the stage today”.

On September 12th, Billboard released that Jungkook’s Seven (feat. Latto) positioned on 37th on the main chart Hot100. Previously, the song stayed at the top for 8 consecutive weeks making it the first Korean artist’s song  after  BTS’s 2020 smash hit Dynamite.
