Big Hit Entertainment and BTS Donated $1 Million to Support Black Lives Matter Movement.
On 6 June, Us Media Reported that Big Hit Entertainment and BTS Have Donated $1 Million (approx 1.2 Billion KRW) to Organizations related to #BlackLiveMatter.
According to Variety, The donation was transferred earlier this week, with Black Lives Matter confirming receipt to Big Hit on Friday. Also “BTS and Big Hit are not expected to comment on the donation.”
Earlier this week, BTS also have Shown their support and encouragement for #BlackLivesMatter justice campaign on their Official Twitter Account by a post stating that:
“We stand against racial discrimination.
We condemn violence.
You, I and we all have the right to be respected. We will stand together.#BlackLivesMatter.”
BTS always showed their Support for Justice and Equality and always Spread the message of Speaking Up & Loving Oneself through their Music and their Words.
